About Us

Mission Statement

Our goal is to provide children the opportunity to visit with their non-custodial parent or significant family members in a safe, positive environment. Trained monitors observe the interactions between the child and the parent in an objective and neutral manner. This enables the child and the parent to have an enjoyable and safe visit in a stress free and relaxing environment.

The main purpose of Supervised Visitation (also referred to as “supervised parenting”, “monitored visitation”, “supervised child access” and “supervised child contact”) is to allow children to have meaningful contact with a parent in a safe, structured environment and to assist the parent and child in maintaining their relationship. Supervised Visitation may also be employed for the purposes of family reunification or familiarization in the event the child has had little or no contact with a parent.

The primary responsibility, as a supervised visitation provider is to observe the interactions between the child and the parent in and objective and neutral manner and to make every reasonable effort to assure the safety and welfare of the child. Once safety is assured the best interest of the child is the paramount consideration, as well as supporting the child in enjoying the visit with the supervised parent. It is the job of the visitation provider to make sure that the children involved in the visits are safe and free from any unnecessary stress.
